Air-Q purchased the network-ready Q-Spots, under its Q-Spot(TM)-brand Wi-Fi hotspot development agreement with its Phoenix development. "Our Phoenix development partner is fulfilling our expectations for prompt constructing and delivering network-ready Q-Spots," said David Loflin, Air-Q's president.
