NSW: 2003 NRMA directors to face legal action over election

The 14 directors appointed at the 2003 NRMA annual general meeting are to face legal
action alongside the motoring group, over the validity of the election.

NRMA member and 2003 candidate TIM SHELTON is taking legal action against the motoring
group to overturn a resolution to change the organisation's constitution.

The resolution was passed last year using proxy votes.

Mr SHELTON is also questioning the validity of the 2003 board of directors' election.
