Qld: Indigenous artist ticked off by fakes
Aboriginal artworks and souvenirs will soon come with a special tag depicting a yellow
boomerang to prove their authenticity.
The National Indigenous Arts Advocacy Association is introducing the tags and an endorsement
system for retailers in an effort to stamp out a flood of imported fakes.
